Digital wallet passes are supported for these devices:

iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone SE (or later) - iOS 8 onwards
Android version is Lollipop (5.0) or higher

Guide for iOS users

When you reach the screen which enables you to ‘Download pass’ after you’ve signed up and answered the onboarding questions, clicking on that will open up a screen with a button to ‘Add to Apple Wallet’. After selecting ‘Add to Apple Wallet’, please select ‘Allow’, then select ‘Next’ in the top right hand corner. Please select ‘Automatically select’ and then ‘Done’ in the top right hand corner. Now, when you open your Apple Wallet you’ll see your digital pass. There, you’re able to control notifications and receive special updates in your wallet.

Guide for Android users

In order to install the pass please ensure you have first downloaded the Google Wallet app to your device. When you reach the screen which enables you to ‘Add to Google Wallet’ after you’ve signed up and answered the onboarding questions, clicking on that will open up a screen with a button to ‘Add’ a loyalty card to your Google Wallet. Clicking on 'Add' will open up a modal where you’ll have the option to ‘Add pass'. After selecting this, you’re then able to ‘View in Wallet’. You now have the ability to control notifications and receive special updates in your Google Wallet app.
